Strategy #1: Face your challenges, problems, pain, suffering, irritations and mundane everyday stuff as an opportunity to depend on, grow in and learn from God.
Strategy #2: Make a commitment to serve on a regular basis, and then show up. When it gets difficult or boring, apply strategy # 1.
Strategy #3: Get help for an addiction, compulsion or bad habit today. (Aren't you absolutely sick and tired of having the same problem that you had ten years ago?) When you feel like giving up or denying your problem, apply strategy #1.
Strategy #4: Sign up for a short-term mission trip to a place you’re certain is too difficult and too uncomfortable and for which you feel unqualified. When it gets really tough, apply strategy # 1.
