This is Us

We are the church, whether we are gathered or scattered--each one of us, a part of the body of Christ, wherever we go, whatever we do.

So, where can you find us, and what are we doing? 

When Scott and Laura Zitzloff’s family of three jumped to five overnight, as foster care parents, their combined weight went up by only eight pounds...twins, four pounds each! If you’ve seen the babies around Five Oaks lately, or if you saw them at the Adoption Sunday fair (they were right behind the Washington Co. foster care table), you can see they’ve filled out a bit and are beautiful and healthy. When I learned that there are only about 35 families that have children placed in their homes right now in Washington County, I was surprised and especially grateful for families like the Zitzloff’s who are impacting the world for Christ in this way.
