Overheard at Five Oaks - January 4

"A little celebration for the Green Bay Packers is in order." Aaron Parson's opening words at his first (and last?) all-staff weekly meeting. 

"Our kids love the Treehouse more than the MN Zoo." New attenders to Five Oaks.

"Can I invite other people to this?" A first-time attender to one of our small groups, who was pretty excited to be a part of it.

"Dad, that's what you need to do with grandpa." A teen's response to hearing about someone sharing their faith with their father during the teen's parents' small group.
