The Bible Story — Henry Williams

One of the things I'm working on these days is how to tie the weekly teaching on the Bible to the whole Bible story (or to the relevant parts of the Bible story). Learning escalates when the parts make sense in light of the whole; when we see the forest and the trees. And our spiritual growth accelerates when we see more of God, of his plan and of our part in his eternal purposes. It's one of the reasons I'm so stoked about this series on 1 Peter. But I've got some ideas cooking for getting everyone on the same page on this. I'm not ready to write about those ideas quite yet, but I'm sure it won't be long before I do.
