Day Six: 21-Day Easter Challenge

Great action and simple statements of truth so often followed by talks that require lots of concentration, reading and re-reading and study to even begin to understand. That's the Gospel of John. So different from Matthew, Mark and Luke.

What stood out to me was the simple statement at the outset of the chapter. Here's from my prayer email:

Jesus sat down with his disciples. Resting? Relaxing? Waiting? Certainly not in a hurry. Then the flurry of feeding over 5K. Help me work hard and rest well. Help me find your rhythms and stay in step with your will and purposes.
