First Impressions Quarterly Report

In addition to the comments we receive on First Impression cards we send to first-time guests, we also ask for a rating on three questions. Here's how we did in the last quarter on all cards that were returned. The numbers in parenthesis are from the previous quarters.

Woodbury Campus Averages:

  • I felt welcome when I visited Five Oaks Church (on a 5-point scale, 5 = agree strongly): 4.59 (4.47; 4.58)
  • I felt that my child(ren) was/were well taken care of during our visit: 4.5 (4.86; 4.70)
  • How likely is it that you would recommend Five Oaks to a friend or colleague?  (On a scale of 0 = Not likely at all, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely): 8.0 (8.29; 8.08)

Hudson Campus Averages:

  • I felt welcome when I visited Five Oaks Church (on a 5-point scale, 5 = agree strongly): 4.63 (4.75; 4.63)
  • I felt that my child(ren) was/were well taken care of during our visit: 5.0 (all marked N/A; 5.0)
  • How likely is it that you would recommend Five Oaks to a friend or colleague? (On a scale of 0 = Not likely at all, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely): 8.09 (8.0; 8.13)
