First Impressions Quarterly Report - Woodbury

In addition to the comments we receive on first impression cards we send to first-time guests, we also ask for a rating on three questions. Here's how we did since December on all cards that were returned. The numbers in parenthesis are from the previous quarter.

  • I felt welcome when I visited Five Oaks Church (on a 5-point scale, 5 = agree strongly): 4.27 (4.34)
  • I felt that my child(ren) was/were well taken care of during our visit: 4.57 (4.71)
  • How likely is it that you would recommend Five Oaks to a friend or colleague? (on a scale of 0=not likely at all, 5=Neutral, 10=Extremely Likely) - 8.18 (8.0)

We went down a little on the first two, but it still indicates we’re doing a very good job. The rise on number 3 is good. We’ll watch closely for any trends downward over time. Great work! Thank you for reaching out to our guests.
