White Christmas

Not quite sure why, but our neighborhood experienced a white Christmas. This is a picture out my back sliding glass door this morning. I'm sure this is the case for some other neighborhoods, but for the most part, the snow is gone most other places I've seen. I think it has to do with the trees. We're one of the oldest neighborhoods and have lots of trees, therefore a lot more shade. Anyway, I'm thankful for it. My philosophy is that if it's going to be cold, the more snow there is, the merrier.
