Team Visits — Henry Williams

Executive Pastor John Westurn and I just finished our second round of visiting our Five Oaks ministry teams (e.g., Children's Ministry, Men's, Small Groups, etc.). I think we did four teams about two weeks ago and five teams tonight. It was a chance to share vision, listen, help keep aligned in our mission and philosophy, ask questions, answer questions, be silly (mostly me giving John a hard time) and say way to go. We believe in teams leading ministries, and that's definitely happening. I love the passion of each team for what they do. I'm so thankful for their hard work.
