"In your face, COVID!"

I think those were my words (or something close to that) when we decided to recommend to the Board a way to move forward as a church in a time of uncertainty.

During a time of uncertainty it’s tempting to drift away from our mission and to wait until everything “settles down.”

But we’re not made for drifting along and waiting. It’s deadening.

What if we moved forward and stepped into mission on what is certain in uncertain times?

A proverb in Ecclesiastes even says, “If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done....Keep on sowing your seed, for you never know which will grow.”

This weekend we launch our major effort to plant some seeds and watch them grow.
