We are the church, whether we are gathered or scattered--each one of us, a part of the body of Christ, wherever we go, whatever we do.

So, where can you find us, and what are we doing?

This January, over 20 volunteers from Five Oaks went to Dorothy Day in St. Paul to prepare and serve a meal to our community members in need. Dorothy Day serves the homeless in the Twin Cities and has a unique approach to helping prevent and end homelessness. They have integrated an emergency shelter, permanent homes, and services all in one place. The group, led by Tim and Cindy Wiant, served meals to over 300 guests at the shelter. (More pictures below.)
