See these youth group kids? They're visibly excited about serving some kids at Woodbury Elementary who are mentored by adults at Five Oaks through a program called Kids Hope USA. We've partnered with KHUSA for several years, mentoring kids who could use a little extra time with an adult who has time and space to invest in them. This Christmas season, our middle schoolers made fleece tie pillows and personalized gift bags for the KHUSA kids at Woodbury Elementary—32 mentored students in all. Our high schoolers used student donations to buy gifts for the kids as well. The energy at youth group that night was inspiring. It was so easy to see the joy our students felt at being able to brighten another child's Christmas!
