"It Would Take a Miracle" Recap

These last few months have been some of the most exciting in our church's life as we prepared for December, united in prayer like we never had before and shared our stories of God at work in our lives. Your stories, shared in our "300 Emails," really strengthened my faith and prayer life. I hope we can figure out a way to do something like this again in the future.

Here are some of the numbers that also tell a story:

  • 233 more people per week attended the weekend services than last December (excluding Christmas Eve).
  • 1846 people attended the Christmas Eve services at East Ridge (1592 attended last year).
  • 22 people indicated first-time decisions at Christmas Eve this year compared to five last year.

Your prayers made a difference. Pray that many of the new folks return for the next series and get in a group during fill month.

Thanks to the set up and take down crews. You were awesome! Thanks also to all the musicians, vocalists, drama team, tech team, children's workers and First Impressions volunteers. You made the night special. My heart is full.
