The Return of the Greeting

We've been experimenting with no "greeting" time in the worship services lately and encouraging it at the end of the service, on the way out. Reason: More flow to worship. Less interruptions. Unintended result: Measurable uptick in first-time guests reporting "no one talked to me." Translated: No one without a greeting role talked to me. Dave Belford (Programming Director) came up with a best of both worlds solution at our programming meeting today. You'll see it this weekend, and we'll see how it goes.
