The Taste of Summer

Lois and I drank our first iced coffee of the year today. Last summer we both fell in love with iced coffee, and drinking it today made me feel like it was summer.

We like the one we make best. Just double the dose of Caribou or Dunn Bros. to brew. Fill a glass with ice. Poor hot, strong coffee over the ice. Add two Splenda (I don't like any artificial sweeteners with hot drinks, but love Splenda in iced coffee) and half & half. I know, it's only April and summer is a few weeks away, but I can dream, can't I?
