Q: Do you ever worry about spreading yourself too thin trying to open ten churches in ten years?

A: How about fifty churches in five years? That's the vision of a church in OK that currently has about 8 locations. Now that's scary! Am I worried about it? Not yet. I'm more concerned about how we'll do it. What I hear is that at about four or five you hit a wall and wonder why you ever started in the first place, but if you persevere, you recover. I'm sure that we will have times when we're stretched a bit thin, but that's commonplace in any growing church and it's already a common occurrence. We're going to have to learn a lot, become better at raising up and training leaders and improve at a whole lot of other things. It will be an adventure.
