Times Are A-Changin'

Saturday worship times are changing starting the weekend of February 10/11, the start of our new series "U2CANCHANGETHEWORLD." We're moving starting times up 30 minutes for both.

New Saturday worship service times:

  • 4:00 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m.

If you liked the old 5:00 p.m. time (when we only had one), would you please seriously consider going to the 5:30 p.m. service?

Saturdays have been going great. Some weeks we've had almost as many on Saturday as on Sunday. But we're getting an imbalance between the services. Word on the street is that 6:05 is a little late for a lot of folks, especially at this time of year where it's been dark 90 minutes already by 6:05 p.m.

We'll see what happens as longer summer daylight hours approach. But for now, we're asking Five Oakers to consider shifting or, for Sunday morning folks, consider coming on Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
