2// In Christ, you are a son of God. Know it and feel it.

3// By faith you are in Christ. In Christ you are Abraham's offspring. As Abraham's offspring you are an heir according to promise (not the law).

4// Your name can be on the title of the car, but you don't really own it if you don't get to really drive it.

5// You're not a slave, you're a son.

6// "Adoption as sons" = Sonship (not Sunchips!). It's a legal term. It's a change of status. The judge hasn't just set you free, he's adopted you and made you his heir.

7// We can feel our identity as God's sons through the Holy Spirit.
