"Quarantine Entertainment" from the World and Everything in it Podcast

Great segment for families with kids at home from Wednesday’s “The World and Everything in it” podcast. Here’s why I love it.

One of the best discipleship “tools” Lois and I had as parents, when our kids were growing up, was the Adventures in Odyssey radio program (not the videos). This segment makes reference to it and other great tools you can use to redeem the time.

There’s even a free radio dramatization of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Last month we held our annual Date Night (#fiveoaksDN). Small group leaders Mike and Stephanie (above) were among those that shared in a evening of laughter and fellowship after the show. Everyone from engaged couples to couples married for over 40 years packed out the Worship Center as we celebrated marriage with comedy duo, Barnes and Miner. See you next date night!
