Erin Davis on "3 'gospels' that are pressuring young women"

You're Not Crazy

Actually, I can’t guarantee you’re not crazy, but Derek Rishmawy caught my attention with a blog post titled, “Good News, Satan Wants to Destroy You!”

Here’s his big idea: If you feel like you’re in the middle of a battlefield, it’s good to know it’s not your imagination and you’re not crazy. There is a battle going on and if you’re on God’s side, you can win.

We’re going to talk about that battle this weekend as we look at Ephesians 6:10-18. It’s the passage on putting on the full armor of God.

We’ll also spend some time thinking about how hard it is, in our world, to believe in a personal and spiritual evil force like the devil or forces like demons.
